Thank you for shopping with Faire & Fable. Because our products are custom items made uniquely for you at the time of your order, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders. Please review your order choices and sizing details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is structurally damaged during transit, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Report a Defect:

• Contact our support team via email within 14 days of receiving your package.
• Provide your order number and include a clear photograph showing the defect or damaged area of the product.

Once we verify the manufacturing issue with our production partners, we will process your replacement or refund immediately. Please do not ship items back to the return address on the package without contacting us first.
